Moseys’ Production Machinists (MPM) strives to develop long-term relationships with all of our customers, thus, total customer satisfaction is not an option, it is a requirement. MPM has developed the following proactive measures in adherence with our strong ethical business code of conduct to ensure the greatest degree of customer satisfaction:

1. Encourage open communication with our customers from the commencement of the relationship.
2. Reiterate important issues to avoid miscommunication.
3. Carefully listen to make certain to obtain accurate information.
4. Discuss problems or issues that may arise immediately.
5. Keep all parties involved informed.
6. Present relevant options for solutions if problems should arise.

Should dissatisfaction still arise despite these preventive measures, MPM will make every effort to resolve this dissatisfaction, no matter what the cause may be. It is our goal to face problems with a willingness to communicate openly and to be problem solvers…”to be, for our customers, the ‘go to’ company for all manufacturing needs.”
